The radiotelephone urgency signal to indicate a condition concerning the safety of an aircraft, vehicle or of some person on board which does not require immediate assistance is PAN PAN, PAN PAN, PAN PAN. Note that it is effectively "pan pan" repeated three times, although many people will just say "PAN PAN PAN." The answers EMERGENCY, EMERGENCY, EMERGENCY and URGENCY, URGENCY, URGENCY are just red herrings.
